Questions and requests

Contact info@dirnoa.com with questions about data use on dirnoa.com or a request to access, correct, or delete information associated with your correspondence. The response depends on the information available and applicable rights; reasonable verification may be needed.

Loading a page

Your browser sends an IP address, requested URL, request time, and technical details required to deliver the site. The operator and technical hosting or security providers may process these details to serve pages and resolve incidents. Logging settings, retention periods, and processing locations depend on the hosting arrangement; you can request those details by email. No fixed deletion period or exclusive processing location is asserted here.

Email correspondence

If you write, your address, message, and information you choose to include are used to answer and manage the inquiry. Technical delivery and mailbox services process the correspondence. Messages are retained while needed for the inquiry and follow-up; applicable obligations or specific claims may require longer retention. Opening an email link does not send a message.

Language, cookies, and search

The site sets no HTTP cookies and includes no analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded videos. A manual language selection stores dirnoa-language in browser local storage until you delete the site’s data. At the root address, that saved choice takes priority; otherwise the preferred browser language is read locally. No IP lookup selects the language. Search uses a local index; terms and filters may appear in the URL, browser history, or a request when reloading.

Links and future services

Images and site resources are served locally. An external source receives a visit when you follow its link. There are currently no affiliate links, tracking, accounts, payments, or subscriptions. Before introducing a feature that changes data processing, this information and any applicable choices must be updated.

Managing preferences

You can remove the saved language through your browser’s site-data controls. Use the contact address for requests about correspondence or browsing information. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law. Do not send passwords or financial information with a privacy inquiry.
